If you have paid for a service and it is showing up Unpaid on your desktop even after successful payment from your side, this could be an issue from our payment partners.
Such issues are rare and can occur if you were trying to pay using a slow internet connection or due to a server issue at our payment partners’ end.
There is nothing to worry about. You can simply create a Ticket on your Dashboard with the necessary details such as the invoice number and we will handle the rest. Be Assured
