What will we do?

Your ticket will be assigned to one of our executives immediately who will be looking at your Website and its files. His/Her first aim will be to look for Malicious files or plugins which might be causing the issue. At the same time, another team will be looking at logs and monitoring the server your website is running on.
While things will get normal for you, We will probably shift your website to another server!
In the end, a detailed report will be provided to you in order to maintain 100% transparency
